Founder’s message
Founder’s message
A freediving enthusiast, I have been inspired by the meditative experience and my close encounters with coffee farmers in Central America over the past two decades. A cup of post-diving green bean coffee has always brought me to a state of peace while filling my mind with new ideas.
After delving into the green coffee industry, I embarked on extensive journeys throughout Latin America, connecting coffee farmers, immersing myself in diverse coffee roasting and consumption practices. From the cultivation of the best coffee beans to the creation of a rich, flavorful cup, the reason why green bean coffee has such a strong connection with me has been unfolding.
This journey not only uncovered the delicious nuances of coffee but also revealed its health benefits. Consuming coffee at this stage, when it's freshly roasted, offers the highest levels of antioxidants and caffeine, ensuring not only a delightful experience for the palate but also a boost for overall well-being.
I have always imagined sharing this culture with the rest of the world. This vision has been turning into a reality since my friends Gary and Andy came on-board. With our innovative tech team, PDCoffee is on the path to leading a coffee movement-Forest To Cup.

A small startup boasts a large team, with members from SphereLab, FutureForm Lab, British Columbia Institute of Technology, University of British Columbia, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and University of Michigan. Our collective expertise spans software development, electronic engineering, artificial intelligence, and Web3 technology, with team members having contributed to numerous successful tech startups, such as Polygon Tech, Paramita and Sentient AI. PDCoffee marks our inaugural lifestyle-focused project, driven by a shared passion and curiosity to explore what may be the most innovative coffee concept to date. We hope that, along with us, more people around the world will WAKE UP TO A GREENER TOMORROW.
