We have discovered one of the most premium coffee forests on the high mountain of EI Paraiso, Honduras, featuring five organic farms at different elevations. At higher elevations, where the air is cooler and the growth process is slower, coffee beans tend to develop denser and a brighter acidity. This heightened acidity is often described as vibrant and complex, adding a lively, wine-like quality to the cup.

We choose small farms because they use traditional farming methods, are more dedicated, and produce lower yields with higher quality. These farms are scattered across Honduras, and we personally visit each one, carefully selecting them to ensure they meet our strict standards. For farms that meet our criteria, we establish close partnerships, helping them secure a fair income while setting work standards for their employees to ensure fair trade practices.
